The Vega Pontoons are engineered to elevate submersible pumps in dams or rivers, effectively blocking the intake of settled sediment and enhancing the pumps' longevity. Made from sturdy, low-density polyethylene, these pontoons can include foam filling for added buoyancy and redundancy, ensuring that water cannot enter if the outer shell is damaged. Each pontoon is equipped with a robust steel support frame, which can be finished with either galvanized or epoxy coatings, with stainless steel options available upon request. They come in configurations ranging from single to eight-float assemblies, capable of supporting up to 1400 kg, making them ideal for unmanned operations.
